Seeing others saying no price gouging issues so I guess it’s customer dependent? Anyways, had a major service done on my car here, mechanically happy with the work and do believe the techs are great at what they do. My downfalls that left the experience with a bad taste in my mouth. I was really patient about it but 4 weeks for 26 hours of work was a bit rough. The Initial discussion was anything over 5k on a credit card has a fee included, which then became a fee regardless and then back to no fee at 5k at the end, part dependent, some markups were given in excess of 100% and I basically paid close to 8 hours in labor in just part markups. Could have easily saved a chunk of change and just hit submit on a website and sent the parts to them myself. (Entire point of getting your profits on parts is to at least register the IMS warranty). Lastly, I paid half the bill over the phone and attempted to drop a check off and pick the car up after hours as I live over an hour away and needed a ride out there, they didn’t work with me at all and borderline in simple terms, questioned the authenticity of my funds and mentioned ability to hold the car till checks clear. (For the love of god never say this to somebody with loads of cash lawyer ready). It’s unfortunate the end process to the great physical work was overlooked by the handling of people in the end.Key takeaway: I honestly probably would have handed this larger job to another business had I know this was the outcome.

Greg and his team are FANTASTIC. They worked on my vehicle and were totally HONEST and did the work perfectly. I can't thank them enough and all my supercars are headed to Loco Exotics...always!
